Account access

Email verification, strong password requirements and multi-factor authentication help protect accounts. Users remain responsible for their passwords, recovery codes, email access and devices, and should review access when team responsibilities change.

Workspace boundaries

Authorization checks scope business records to companies and user permissions. Selected project and task-group sharing uses dedicated access links. Treat a shared link as sensitive, send it only to intended recipients and revoke it when collaboration ends.

Files, transport and backups

Private files use authenticated delivery rather than general public storage paths. Production traffic uses HTTPS and restrictive security headers. Operational database backups are encrypted, but users still need to meet their own legal and operational retention requirements.

Responsible reporting

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected vulnerabilities to info@followincome.com with the minimum reproducible detail and without credentials, recovery codes, customer records or unnecessary financial data.
