FollowIncome

FollowIncome terms

These terms form the agreement for the free early-access service. Creating an account does not authorize a future charge.

Provider and agreement

FollowIncome is provided by Followincome, USA. By creating or using an account, the account holder agrees to these terms and the privacy notice.

Eligibility and authority

Users must be legally able to enter this agreement and, when acting for an organization, authorized to bind it and manage its workspace. FollowIncome is intended for business use and not for children.

Service and licence

FollowIncome provides tools for business records, projects, tasks, estimates, invoices, payments, expenses, reports, and configured integrations. Subject to these terms, the provider grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the hosted service for internal business purposes during the agreement.

Early access and pricing

The service is free during early access and may change. Paid plans may be introduced later, but the provider will present the applicable options and obtain authorization before charging. Third-party services connected by a user may impose their own fees and terms.

Accounts and workspace administration

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and recovery methods, keep authorized access current, and promptly report suspected misuse. Workspace administrators control invitations, roles, settings, records, integrations, and exports for their organization.

User data

Account holders retain their rights in data they submit. They grant the provider only the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data to operate and protect the service. Account holders must have authority and a lawful basis for personal data and other content they add.

Acceptable use

Users must not break the law, infringe rights, mislead customers, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe other accounts, disrupt the service, circumvent limits, or use the service to store content they have no right to process.

Connected services

Integrations are enabled at the user’s direction and remain subject to the third party’s availability, permissions, fees, and terms. Users are responsible for configuring access correctly and verifying imported or transmitted results.

Business decisions

FollowIncome organizes operational information and may provide automated or AI-assisted output. It is not professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Users must review documents, calculations, reports, classifications, and suggested actions before relying on them.

Availability and changes

The provider works to keep the service available and secure but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. Reasonable notice will be provided for a material adverse change when practicable.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended to address security, abuse, legal requirements, non-compliance, or material risk. An account holder may stop using the service and request account deletion. The provider may end the early-access service with reasonable notice where practicable; provisions that by nature should survive will continue.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” during early access. The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss caused by inaccurate user data or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law in USA, without removing mandatory protections that apply by law. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through the contact address below; courts with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available.
